Halal Korean Kimbab

- 2 bowls of fluffier white rice
- 1 egg that has been cooked into an omelette and thinly sliced
- 60 grams of spinach that has been boiled briefly and given salt, drain
- 50 grams of cooked beef and cut into matches
- 50 grams of carrots that have been cleaned and cut lengthwise
- 50 gram danmuji or pickled radish that has been cut in the form of a match
- 4 sheets of nori or dried seaweed in a large rectangular shape
- 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar and sesame oil
How to make Halal Kimbab
- First mix the rice together with vinegar, sesame oil and salt, then set aside.
- Sauté the carrots for a while until cooked.
- Take seaweed, then take rice and spread it on top of seaweed.
- Place the filling in the form of stir-fried carrots, meat, and praises, eggs, and spinach on top of rice. Don't forget to arrange it neatly.
- Then roll it together with the filling, don't break it.
- After rolling neatly, then cut from the middle first.
- Halal kimbab ready to be served.

- Fluffier rice is still warm to taste
- 2 chicken eggs
- 3 sausages that have been cut into four
- 5 large sheets of nori or dried seaweed

- 100 gram thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 cloves of garlic that has been chopped
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- Carrot that has been sliced lengthwise to taste
- Salt to taste
How to make Korean Kimbab
- Fry the egg first and make it into an omelette until cooked. Cut to length and set aside.
- Fried sausages until cooked and set aside.
- Saute the garlic, after the fragrance, add the cabbage and carrots, cook until slightly wilted.
- Add oyster sauce and salt, cook again until cooked, then set aside.
- Prepare a sheet of nori, take rice and spread it on top of the nori.
- Arrange eggs, sausages and stir-fried vegetables on top of rice.
- Then roll and tighten, then cut the same size.
- Korean kimbab is ready to be served.
